How To Get There

There are many ways to get to Victoria, BC from both within the US and Canada – click through the tabs to the right to explore your options!

BC Ferries are like smaller automobile carrying cruise ships. They leave from Tsawwassen (just outside of Vancouver, BC) every other hour. These ferries can be booked online easily at www.bcferries.com – and you have your choice of making a reservation for a specific departure or showing up for first-come first-serve.

WA state ferries leave from Anacortes, WA and while not quite as stylish as a BC ferry, do not require as far of a drive. http://www.wsdot.wa.gov/ferries/
Several airlines fly from the Seattle area to Victoria directly including Delta, Alaska, and WestJet. The trip is short and convenient, though the priciest of all options. See example airfare by clicking here.

The Victoria Clipper runs in the summer months from Seattle, WA to Victoria, BC. It is a high speed passenger only ferry boat that makes the trip in only 2 hours! This can be the easiest and fastest way to reach Victoria without spending the extra money on airfare, and is the best option if you do not need your vehicle or plan on utilizing alternative transportation.
